About the Role
We’re a State Farm agency in Chandler, AZ looking for an Arizona‑licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer to join our small, focused team. This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday role with no weekends, a $40,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities, and paid time off/holidays. We’re looking for someone who is self‑managed, confident on the phone, and comfortable with high‑volume customer contact and rejection. Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required; an active AZ P&C license is required and we’re only interviewing licensed candidates at this time.

Schedule, Work Environment & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30‑minute lunch.
- No weekend work.
- Hybrid work‑from‑home may be possible at times, but not in the first year and should not be an expectation.
- Your success and income will be measured by your results.
- Compensation: $40,000 per year base salary + bonus opportunities.
- Pay dates: 5th and 20th of each month.
- Benefits: Paid vacation and paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, your birthday).
- We do not currently offer health insurance or retirement plans. Longevity with the agency is rewarded with additional paid time off.

- High volume / high rejection background: has dealt with rejection or upset customers and stayed positive and productive.
- Chemistry: will fit with our existing team and/or add a missing element.
- “Batteries not included”: natural energy and enthusiasm; doesn’t require constant motivation to perform. Negative attitudes will not be allowed.
Above‑average computer and phone skills are necessary, as your job requires you to email and communicate with potential customers consistently.
