Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

To Be Successful In This Position You Will:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Be people oriented with excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Be a detail oriented problem solver
- Be a fast learner with the ability to use multiple computer systems to assist customers
- Be in our Chandler office (Cooper & Queen Creek) on time and be able to work in a team environment.

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
